Pipetronics® – Preview of IFAT 2018

IFAT: Pipetronics® presents the eMULTI system

+++ Rohrbach, April 2018. At the IFAT trade fair, which takes place from May 14 to 18 in Munich, all suppliers in the field of sewer rehabilitation will be represented in Halls C3/C4 near the North Entrance. Pipetronics® will once again present its innovative electrical and hydraulic robotic sewer systems together with RELINEEUROPE in Hall C3 (Stand no. 141/240). In the new F3 outdoor area in front of Hall C3, the company will present the powerful eMULTI system in practical milling, filling, and pressing demonstrations.

Pipetronics® has been supplying the eCUTTER® electric milling robot since 2016. At IFAT, this will be exhibited for the first time with the newly developed electric motor. The eCUTTER® is operated with low voltage (48 V) and has all the advantages of an especially quiet and flexible electric drive. The eCUTTER® vehicle from Geiger Kanaltechnik will be on display at the exhibition stand. An additional highlight will be the presentation of the WinCan VX document management software, which is installed on the vehicle.

In 2017, Pipetronics® combined the electrically driven eCUTTER® milling robot and the proven PI.TRON filling and grouting system into a single system. It can be supplied as either a sprinter/trailer solution, a complete truck installation, or a two-sprinter solution. In addition to the necessary milling work, the eMULTI system can now also be used for all filling and grouting work in the sewer. The PI.TRON system, which has been used for many years, enables highly precise and flexible work in the partial repair of damaged joints and cracks as well as the rehabilitation of connection pipes in drainage pipes.

In the F3 outdoor area in front of Hall C3, visitors to IFAT can get to know the eMULTI system from Jeschke Umwelttechnik live doing milling work utilizing the PI.TRON system. The demonstration system is built on an extra-long MB Sprinter (5 Ton) with a tandem trailer (3 Ton). Jeschke Umwelttechnik is also represented at the exhibition stand throughout the week.

In the outdoor area, Pipetronics® presents the multifunctional technology from Telerep Sarp in France. The hydraulically driven milling robot with the PI.TRON filling and grouting system is installed on a 12 ton truck.

Pipetronics® would like to thank Jeschke Umwelttechnik GmbH (Stutensee/Karlsruhe), Geiger Kanaltechnik GmbH & Co.KG (Oberstdorf), and Telerep Group Sarp (Paris) for enabling them to exhibit their new vehicles at IFAT.
