Pipetronics expands its service network in Germany
The specialist supplier of sewer rehabilitation robotics will take over business operations of KT Service GmbH and Power Systems Siekmann GmbH in Gütersloh by April 1st - creating another branch
+++ Rohrbach, 01/04/2016. On April 1st, Pipetronics GmbH & Co. KG takes over the operative business operations of KT Service GmbH and Power Systems Siekmann GmbH in Gütersloh. The specialist supplier for intelligent pipe rehabilitation robots is thereby expanding its service network in Germany.
The execution of service and repair work for pipe rehabilitation robots is an important part of Pipetronics' range of services. With the takeover of KT Service GmbH as the previous service provider and replacement parts supplier for KA-TE and PMO robot systems, Pipetronics is completing a decisive step to continue further expanding its service area.
More responsiveness and flexibility in vehicle installation
In addition to capacities in the service area that were taken on, the expertise in vehicle interior construction put Pipetronics in a position to execute vehicle installations within the company faster and more flexibly in accordance with customer wishes. "By reducing the interfaces and the concentration of know-how in a company we can design the vehicles in a much more customised way", Pipetronics General Manager Christian Noll explained.
Gütersloh becomes its own branch
As the fourth service centre (in addition to Rohrbach, Röthenbach and Herne) Gütersloh supplements the previous locations of Pipetronics GmbH & Co. KG in Germany. "We are happy to complete our service network to enable short distances for our customers in the northern and western regions of Germany as well", Pipetronics General Manager Markus Brechwald explained, showing his satisfaction. "Not much changes for the previous customers of KT Service GmbH and Power Systems Siekmann GmbH in Gütersloh, since Pipetronics will take over business operation with all employees." The know-how of the employees acquired over many years in the repair of sewer rehabilitation robots is thereby preserved.
