Pipe-Seal

Our Pipe-Seal products are suitable for the repair of pipelines in the dimension range of DN 150 - 800 for our products Pipe-Seal-Fix and Pipe-Seal-End and in the dimension range of DN 200 - 600 for our Pipe-Seal-Flex.
This is a mounting system made of stainless steel V4A–grade and a compression seal made of EPDM, which can be used continuously and mechanically in the corresponding application areas and dimensions.
Damage repairs are carried out by means of a permanent contact pressure of the respective stainless steel sleeve in conjunction with an EPDM rubber seal on the existing pipe wall.

Our system is characterized by the following optimizations:
- a new locking system,
- secure locking of the sealing collar,
- the possibility of conical mounting of the sealing collar.

Our patented innovations will inspire professionals in sewer rehabilitation.

Pipe-Seal-Fix¹ is reliably suited for single installation or for overlapping rows to so-called line offset in case of larger defects.

Pipe-Seal-Flex² can be used for sleeve misalignment and axial offsets. Due to the lamellar openings in the stainless steel sleeve in use with the EPDM sealing element, the sleeve attaches itself to the pipe wall and can thus restore the tightness and functionality of the old pipe.

The liner end collar (LEM) Pipe-Seal-End³ permanently seals between the liner surface and the waste pipe or shaft even in the event of pressing groundwater, while protecting the liner cutting edges from damage.
