Overview Seals

RedEx®

Our RedEx® internal sealing collars is suitable for accessible pipelines in the approval range DN 800 - 2400 (possible up to DN 6000) and liner end collar (LEM) DN 200 - 1200 (possible up to DN 6000) for partial repair and sealing of leaking sockets and damaged areas. Special profiles are possible on request.

Pipe-Seal

Our Pipe-Seal products are suitable for the repair of pipelines in the dimension range DN 150 - 800 for our products Pipe-Seal-Fix and Pipe-Seal-End as well as in the dimension range DN 200 - 600 for our Pipe-Seal-Flex.
This is a mounting system made of stainless steel V4A-quality and a compression seal made of EPDM, which can be used steplessly and mechanically in the appropriate application areas and dimensions.
The damage repair is carried out by permanently pressing the respective stainless steel sleeve in conjunction with an EPDM rubber seal against the existing pipe wall.

Installation tools

For both systems equally: RedEx® installation tool with accessories and fitting pieces for hydraulic pre-tensioning and fixing of the RedEx® stainless steel rings.

Liner end packer and displacement packer, highly recommended: the original, safety-tested and matching installation tool for our Pipe-Seal stainless steel sleeves.

Accessories

In our extensive accessories catalogue you will find spare parts and almost all common connection pipes for adapting our displacement packers to different inspection and robot systems.

Training

Training courses for internal pipe sealing systems and liner end collars.
Our training programs consist of theory and/or practice and are planned for you and your employees according to your needs. At the end of the training, all participants receive a certificate of participation as proof of competence for proper and professional application.
